Build Explanation

Bloodmage Thalnos’s setup is primarily focused on the front-line. Given that Thalnos is a fragile back-line unit that gains more advantages the longer it lasts, it’s essential to include a Tank. Thus, when the Undead slot doesn’t need to accommodate a functional unit, it can hold a combination of Necromancer and Abomination, or Necromancer and Ghoul. Having Abomination in the front line is more reliable, and it also curbs the opponent’s back line, however, due to its high cost, it is more appropriate for PvE scenarios. Elemental and Unbound slots can retain their premier status and house the S.A.F.E. Pilot and Whelp Eggs. Common choices also include adding the Harpies in the Squad/Fast slot or the Gryphon Rider in the Cycle slot, which can compensate for the shortage of output against individual high-health targets. Blizzard, as a spell card, holds a dominant position due to its immense power.
